• The account holds a negative PKR balance that has not been rectified after notice;
• Continued operation of the account would be contrary to applicable law or these Terms.

On closure of a verified account in good standing, bet786pk will return any genuine PKR funds held in the account after deducting any outstanding obligations, including amounts owed under active wagering requirements.

bet786pk processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods and their respective limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your account dashboard and are subject to change.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bet786pk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bet786pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, unless an earlier effective date is required by applicable law or regulation.

Continuing to use the bet786pk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
